They each have a different feel. I like the body language and moment much better in the coming, especially in the boy. On the other hand, sometimes the quick read isn’t the longest lasting. Coming or going aside, I like the composition of the coming more. Framing is better, no tree in the head, balanced more to my liking.

Coming is definately the one. What would have given it a run for the money on the going one would be if they were looking at each other so you could see both faces better. Nice work as always!
