Last Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing Shelby and
Brandy’s wedding near Horton, Kansas. The two really had a great time and Brandy
was absolutely stunning in her wedding gown.
The two had a really nice outdoor wedding at the farm where Shelby grew up.
We were blessed with nice (and quite warm) weather.
Shelby is my wife, Sarah’s cousin. It was a lot of fun to be able to party a
little while doing my job. It was even more fun getting to watch Owen at his
first wedding reception. Isn’t he getting to be a big boy?
Another nice thing about shooting weddings within the family is that I get an
opportunity to make non-flattering photos of people like Laura, my sister-in-law.
Sorry Laura. It had to be done.
