This is the church where my wife, Sarah grew up worshiping in. It’s where we had Carson baptized, and where his mother and grandfather, and I believe great grandparents were before him. Sarah’s folks, Frank & Stella Pella have joined a handful of other parishioners in spending countless hours helping renovate the church. I was asked to photograph Lincoln Bishop James Conley rededicate the church a couple weeks ago.
Enjoy this before & after photo. The before photo was from Sarah’s sister Laura’s wedding. The after was from the dedication. The altar area is still a work-in-progress, as are many parts here and there. But the improvement is beautiful! Proud of Sarah’s parents and their efforts!
