As a photographer of the Grand Island Independent, one of my least favorite tasks is toning all the photos that go into the weekly Occasions section. You know, all the photos of people celebrating their 90th birthdays, 50th wedding anniversaries and so on. You wouldn’t believe some of the crappy quality photos some people send the paper.
So when I was making my way through my digital stack of images to tone today, it really made my day when I came across an engagement photo I shot myself.
