Jason and Brianna were visiting Omaha from Lincoln when Jason popped the question. When the two of them asked if I’d want to do our engagement session at the location of their proposal: The Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge, I jumped at the opportunity. I had been wanting to shoot a session at the bridge so it worked out perfect.
The bridge itself is a 3,000 foot long suspension bridge spanning from the north side of downtown Omaha across the Missouri River to Council Bluffs, Iowa. It is the only pedestrian bridge connecting two states. Depending on how busy it is, it is a fabulous place to shoot portraits.
